Rika is such a great character too, I really like how supportive of Ryo she is. She’s always there with some advice or words of encouragement when he needs it most. What a great sister!

Ryo really needs to start focusing on his studies as well. He can’t just keep training in badminton. I kinda felt like he was distracted this entire ep. If he doesn’t properly hit the books, he’s in trouble. Forget playing with his buddies at the newbie tourney, he’s not gonna even be able to stay on the team. Dude has a lot of work ahead both in terms of catching up in badminton and studying.

I feel bad for Hongo and the other 3rd years not being able to snag a win their last year of HS, but 3rd isn’t too bad overall. Must be frustrating and disappointing for their last big game though. At least they tried, they just fell short unfortunately.

I don't understand how this is even physically possible. Hundreds of millions of people sleep with the air conditioner on for months and months out of the year without any immediate side effects, but if one Japanese person does it they instantly get so sick that they have to visit the hospital. The human body does not work like that.

To be fair, in Japan going to a hospital is normal for pretty much any kind of medical issue. Caught a cold? Hospital. Minor stomach pains? Hospital. Broke your leg and the bone is sticking out? Hospital. So he's not sick sick (or maybe he is, idk maybe this anime will take a turn lmao), it's just a common thing to do.

This confirms it that Rikka is a diligent and serious student who doesn't care for romance. She's always seen to be at home after school studying. Maybe she already got lots of confessions but she turns down all of it. Kento probably would be her first boyfriend as he's serious about her that Kento cried when he failed to keep his promise.
